Extracurricular Activities

In addition to our other services, Green Brook Academy provides students with opportunities to be involved in extracurricular activities throughout the school year on a voluntary basis. Students are also encouraged to remain involved in sports and clubs in their home district when they are determined to be eligible by their district’s Child Study Team.

Some activities available to students at GBA include:

• Intramural basketball team
• Music production
• Art
• Gardening and landscape
• Community Service
• Field trips (past trips have included hiking, meetings with public officials such as city and state representatives, ice skating, rollerskating, movies, the beach, and more!)

GBA strives to enrich each student’s educational experience by supporting them in exploring their personal interests, passions, and strengths.

We aim to empower each student to become confident, motivated members of society.
